Currently my weight is 75kg with 170cm height with BMI 26.0 i can be considered overweight!!!
(Fact: Overweight is still not obesity)
My family health history is not so good.....my father have a lots of illness that can be inherited to me....heart, diabetes, high blood.....
My first target is to lose belly fat...to lose belly fat is to defy nature....this is why its so difficult...
- i need a schedule plan to do it..
- i put 30 days as my target to lose 2 inches (better to put lower target at first...hehe)
- BMI 25 (since my height cant be grow more taller then i need to reduce my weight around 2.7kg)

Dr Fadhilah Kamsah pernah cakap kalo nak kutuk orang at least puji dulu...pastu tmbah perkataan 'tapi'......TAPI dia ni lgsung tak leh puji....arghh pressure....aku siap botakkan kepala...
argh...keta aku xcden time nak raya cina.....kedai tak bukak...hampeh

Today is the last day for me at Guatemala. Its a nice place. Full with eye catching view. If u are looking for a place to run away from the buzy and noisy city, this is the place. Tikal is the original place for maya people.
But be carefull, just now i see someone dead on the bus. The bus driver had been killed for money. Then i asked them how many cases that already happened. They answer more than 50 bus drivers have been killed since January this year. i'm quite shock. There are about 2000 buses around Guatemala City (capital of Guatemala). If every years 50 out of 2000 had been killed (and still counting) its a dangerous job. 2.5% to be killed. Malaysian bus drivers must say that they're lucky to be born in Malaysia.

kenapa hidup itu susah?
jangan di susahkan hidup dengan memikirkan hari esok,

jangan di susahkan hidup berserta hajat diri,
jangan di susahkan hidup di penuhi impian,
perlukah membunuh diri jika susah?
perlukah kita hidup atas pandangan orang?

tak perlu di susahkan ia...
