Currently my weight is 75kg with 170cm height with BMI 26.0 i can be considered overweight!!!
(Fact: Overweight is still not obesity)
My family health history is not so good.....my father have a lots of illness that can be inherited to me....heart, diabetes, high blood.....
My first target is to lose belly fat...to lose belly fat is to defy nature....this is why its so difficult...
- i need a schedule plan to do it..
- i put 30 days as my target to lose 2 inches (better to put lower target at first...hehe)
- BMI 25 (since my height cant be grow more taller then i need to reduce my weight around 2.7kg)
Hope i can do it
